Our non-profit was in the red and we were loosing money every year. We brought in MBP to help create a path back to being financially stable. MBP reviewed all of the programs we had and the different revenue streams already in place. They helped us to maximize those with some training and process adjustments. They then formed a plan to generate over $100,000 a year in extra net income by renting our building as an event venue. MBP immediately developed a website, added signage to our property generate calls about renting our event space, met with customers, developed a contract and a rental process, trained our people, tracked our inbound leads and helped us convert them, designed a system of checks and balances for all of the revenue, helped to design the upgrades to our structure that would have the most impact on new rentals and helped us to determine which upgrades to do first and get pricing and executed all upgrades. We’ve been hugely successful and we covered our budget deficit in the 2 months of operations! Our building looks great and now we interact with the community all the time in a very positive way! MBP has helped us thrive!
